Q is for questions. Ask questions before making assumptions.
Here are some situations where you should ask before you do anything:
*someone in a wheelchair seems to be stuck. You want to help them get un-stuck. Ask!
*you are having a party and want to include someone with disabilities. ASK if they need anything before assuming they will probably bail
*your friend has food allergies and you’re going to dinner. ASK if they can eat something on the menu before you decide on a place to eat
*you’re at a concert and there are a couple of empty chairs next to a person with disabilities. ASK before you assume those chairs are free for your use. They could have friends grabbing them a beverage or using the restroom
Asking questions before acting on your urge to help, or stare, or other someone.
